What is Vlock?
Vlock is a specially designed locking mechanism for PC Boards working under heavy environmental conditions to provide low resistance interface in heat transfer, away from the board to heat exchanger. Multi segment wedge design provides high clamping force, thus provides shock/vibration resistance in addition to low thermal resistance.
Traditional design of V635 provides economical solution for low thermal resistance in addition to high clamping force and shock/vibration resistance.
- High Strength Aluminum Construction with optional finishes
- Lock indication and locking hex drive screw options
- Captive screw option to prevent unintentional disassembly
- Standard length options and custom lengths, without any tooling or NRE cost
- High clamping force
- Low thermal resistance
- Resistance to vibration and shock

- Standard length options and custom lengths, without any tooling or NRE cost
- Elongated screw to prevent unintentional disassembly
- Superior clamping force, thanks to special wedge angle design
- Lowest thermal resistance
- High resistance to vibration and shock

VS series are preferred when they are required to be mounted directly to PCB. Its middle segment which is in contact with the PCB remains stable while the other segments move to provide clamping and they don’t touch the PCB. Thus, it prevents possible wear and damage of PCB surface.

- Lock nut option to prevent unintentional disassembly
- Standard length options and custom lengths, without any tooling or NRE cost
- Low thermal resistance
- Resistance to vibration and shock
- Low cost
